Paul Crupi is the Founder and President of Apex Government Strategies. He has spent nearly 15 years as a policy professional and legislative advocate, building his expertise through positions in the public and private sectors.
Paul began his career as a policy advisor in the Office of Governor Chris Christie, where he provided analysis and guidance on issues including infrastructure, commerce, and education. He then joined the New Jersey Department of Education, where he specialized in legislative analysis and strategic outreach with stakeholders, policy professionals, and members of the State Legislature. In addition, he served as the Commissioner’s Designee on the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, and on the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.
Paul spent the next eight years as Senior Vice President at one of the State’s Top 10 lobbying firms, representing clients from various sectors, including healthcare, public safety, and education. He brings this background and experience to Apex Government Strategies as a trusted and reliable advisor, policy expert, and tireless advocate.
In his free time, Paul enjoys playing golf, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.
